Anyone may report a video, photograph or preview without signing in or completing an age check. Use the form below or email support@kisscat.xyz. Do not submit identity documents, intimate images or unnecessary personal information.

Review and protective action

The director reviews each complaint within 5 UK working days (Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays). A reference confirms receipt, not completed removal. The director handles review, disabling and refunds manually.

Confirmed illegal content is removed immediately: we do not wait 24 hours when illegality is known. Suspected illegal content, possible minors or depicted persons reporting no consent are disabled immediately pending review, at most 24 hours after notice. A consent dispute remains disabled until documentary confirmation of consent.

For a consent dispute, external counsel is paid by the company. The director may manually attach an AI-lawyer written opinion, without sending documents to AI. AI is not an independent human reviewer and does not replace external counsel.

Appeals and purchaser access

You may appeal by submitting the original case reference and explaining why the decision should be reconsidered. The appeal is reviewed again by a different reviewer or external counsel.

A purchaser temporarily retains purchased access until the decision, subject to immediate protective action for suspected illegal or non-consensual content. Final removal closes hosted access and download authorisation; the director manually refunds the original price in Studio Credits. Intake does not automatically change access or write money or Credits. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Complaint records

We keep closed complaints for two calendar years after closure. Active complaints do not expire on a timer from submission. A documented legal hold suspends deletion and records its reason, responsible actor and review date. See our Privacy Policy. Routine email analytics and notification records retain their separate 90-day period.
