Refund Policy

This policy applies to Studio Credit top-ups, one-time video purchases, and paid Studio VIP access and is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Studio Credit Top-Ups
Studio Credits are closed-loop value for use only on Kisscat Studio and are not withdrawable or redeemable for cash. Completed top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including for an unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrectly credited payment. If you ask to cancel an otherwise eligible unused top-up, we may suspend the corresponding Credits while the request is reviewed. Credits already spent on supplied digital content or access are governed by the digital-content rules below.
Third-party processor, blockchain, network, exchange-rate, and similar fees are not Studio Credits and may be outside our control. We do not refund those fees unless applicable law requires us to do so.
When you expressly choose “Top up & buy”, a confirmed top-up may be followed automatically by the disclosed video purchase. If that automatic purchase cannot be completed, the unused confirmed Credits remain in your balance and are governed by the top-up rules above; they are not treated as payment for an undelivered video.
No Refund for Viewing, Use, or Change of Mind
Before we deduct Credits for a video or balance-paid VIP period, or create a direct VIP payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate supply of the digital content after payment and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. After supply has begun with that consent and acknowledgement, we do not provide refunds or credits merely because you changed your mind, did not enjoy the content, watched or downloaded it, did not use the service, forgot to cancel, or no longer want access.
One-Time Video Purchases
If a confirmed Studio Credit purchase is not followed by access, or the supplied video is faulty, materially incomplete, or not as described, contact support@kisscat.xyz with your Transaction ID and a description of the issue. Our first remedy will normally be renewed access, repair, replacement, or another conforming copy. A refund or price reduction is available only where required by applicable law, including where the content cannot be brought into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Successfully streaming, viewing, or downloading a conforming video is evidence that the digital content was supplied. Personal taste, expectations not stated in the video description, or dissatisfaction with the creative content are not defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Studio VIP Subscriptions
Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewal. A fixed VIP period paid from Studio Credits does not renew automatically. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel or refund the current paid access period, and access normally continues until that period ends. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used periods, inactivity, failure to use the service, forgotten cancellation, or dissatisfaction with available content.
If a material technical failure prevents access to the paid Studio VIP service, contact support@kisscat.xyz. We may restore access, extend the access period, repeat performance, or provide another appropriate remedy. A price reduction or refund is provided only where required by applicable law.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
We will investigate credible reports of duplicate charges or payments made without the account holder's authorization. Contact support@kisscat.xyz promptly with the Transaction ID. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals after content has been supplied, or false claims may result in suspension of the account and termination of content licences.
Reporting and Later Gallery Availability
Please report delivery or technical problems within 3 days so that we can investigate quickly. This request is not a legal limitation period and does not reduce your statutory rights. The personal gallery and repeat-download facility are a convenience rather than a purchased permanent-storage service. After a conforming copy has been supplied and made available for download, later loss of gallery or re-download availability does not automatically create a refund right, subject always to mandatory law.
Effect of a Refund or Payment Reversal
If we issue a refund, or a payment is charged back or reversed, we may reverse the corresponding Credits, suspend the relevant balance, and end any licence or access obtained through those Credits. Where a video licence ends, you must delete all downloaded copies in your possession or control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
