Digital Delivery

VIP access is activated immediately after payment confirmation for the purchased access period.

Purchased videos are available in your account after the purchase is confirmed.

Credits are added to your balance after payment confirmation and can be used on Kisscat Studio.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments require network confirmations before payment is confirmed and digital delivery begins. Confirmation time depends on the blockchain network.

Delivery Support

If you have paid but cannot access your purchase or your Credits are missing, contact support@kisscat.xyz with your account details and Transaction ID so we can investigate and restore access.
