Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Menu → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription, or through the cancellation link sent to your billing email. Cancellation stops future renewal. Your Studio VIP access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further subscription charge will be initiated by us after cancellation takes effect.

A fixed Studio VIP access period purchased from Studio Credits is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It does not renew automatically and therefore does not need to be canceled.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for the remaining part of a current billing period merely because you cancel, have already viewed content, did not use the service, forgot to cancel, or changed your mind. Mandatory consumer rights and the remedies described in our Refund Policy remain unaffected.
